[Stick Fighter RPG]

i really like this game, i like simple and fun story of a ship wrecked guy just trying to survive through fighting and getting better at fighting through gaining XP and all that RPG jazz, and that fact that they're all stick figures just makes things more fun XD
ever since i found it yesterday i've played for hours... before i quit out of rage and frustration^^;

like i said, i like the game but good god are these characters slow, that's my main problem with it, it feels like the air around them is made out of jello... made by snails... elderly snails... with Alzheimer's. and when you're trying to attack or block, it happens late (or sometimes not even at all) and you're dead, or dying brutally, and that kinda sucks

but even with that i still enjoy the game and i don't really plan on stopping, i'm just gonna keep leveling up until i'm so OP that maybe the slowness won't bother me anymore XD

The somewhat slower nature of the game caters itself to being very deliberate about what you are doing as you are committed to your actions. However this also goes for your enemy too and can make countering effective, especially if you walk into your foe, wait for their attack, then dash behind them. Then your committed for will be open from behind.
Dashing, positioning, and quick quick can be useful if you don't want to immediately commit to something slower. Also kicks can be good for interrupting certain attacks (be careful which attacks you try to stagger) and giving you a window to attack or move safely.
